What it does
Ask LCE and the document helper can organize general questions, explain program areas, and summarize what a document appears to say — so you arrive at a conversation with LCE better prepared.
What it does not do
It does not provide legal advice, medical diagnosis, tax advice, immigration determinations, benefits eligibility decisions, or emergency response. AI output can be incomplete or wrong.
Human review
Important, sensitive, or high-stakes questions should be reviewed by LCE staff or a qualified professional. The tools are designed to hand off to people.
Data minimization
Requests to the AI provider are configured not to be stored. Don’t enter passwords, Social Security numbers, or account numbers.
