01 How impact happens

Two pathways. One community.

Navigation connects people to what they need today. Programming builds what lasts — wellbeing, skills, stability, and leadership. Together they reach thousands of people every year.

Impact through navigation

One conversation can open many doors.

A bilingual navigator listens, sorts out what matters most, and makes warm referrals — then follows up until the next step is real.

03 Communities

Many communities. One front door.

Latino and Spanish-speaking communities are not one story. LCE serves people from many countries, cultures, and neighborhoods — each arriving with different needs, and all welcomed the same way.

Questions

Before you reach out.

Can’t find it here? Ask LCE in the corner, or call us.

All questions →
Do I need to know which program I need?
No. Start with what is happening — a notice, a bill, a question, a goal. A bilingual navigator helps identify the right pathway, and the help navigator can point you in the right direction first.
Is LCE bilingual?
Yes. Navigation, programs, and this website are available in English and Spanish.
What does LCE not do?
LCE does not provide legal representation, medical treatment, eligibility decisions, or emergency response. Navigators help you understand options and connect with qualified professionals and partners.
How can my organization work with LCE?
Refer community members, co-deliver programming, partner on research, volunteer, or support the work. Start on the partner page.
